After all, this is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and you’ll want to make the most of it. To help, I’ve put together a 4-day itinerary for your destination wedding in Paris, showcasing the types of activities we can plan. Of course, we can easily customize this program to fit your preferred duration, as well as your interests and availability. Enjoy!
Frequent questions about destination weddings in Paris
A small, intimate wedding in Paris might start around €20,000 (up to 10 guests). When it comes to larger, more luxurious weddings, the starting point often begins around €40,000, with no true upper limit—the possibilities are endless, allowing couples to dream as big as they desire.
From March to May, as spring unfolds, the country blossoms with vivid colors and enchanting floral scents. With pleasant temperatures and extended daylight, this season is perfect for outdoor ceremonies and receptions. However, since May is particularly sought after, top venues tend to book up quickly, making early reservations crucial.
It all depends on the couple’s preferences and availability. Many opt for a three-day celebration, typically from Friday to Sunday. However, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. If you’re traveling from outside Europe, we recommend staying for at least a week. This allows us to create a complete destination wedding itinerary filled with unforgettable experiences.
I may be biased, but I truly love Paris. Here, you’ll discover some of the world’s finest culinary experiences, breathtaking architecture, and an unparalleled romantic atmosphere. Additionally, the city boasts top-tier, highly experienced wedding vendors dedicated to making your special day unforgettable.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer—it ultimately depends on the couple’s preferences and budget. Typically, guests cover their own expenses, while the couple takes care of the wedding day festivities and select experiences, such as the rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch. However, some couples choose to cover all planned activities in the itinerary, leaving guests responsible only for their accommodation and flights.
We typically recommend that couples arrive at least 7 to 10 days before the wedding. This gives us ample time to finalize the details and provides you with the opportunity to visit venues and enjoy tastings before the big day. Depending on your departure location, you’ll have enough time to recover from jet lag.
4-Day Itinerary for your Destination Wedding in Paris
Day 1 – Let’s welcome your guests!
Guest Arrival & Welcome Gifts
We know that many flights arrive in the morning, so we’ve left this part of the day free to allow guests to arrive, rest, and prepare for the exciting program we have planned.
Private Tour of Paris

It’s time to introduce your guests to the City of Lights! Being a great host means offering them a private afternoon tour of some of Paris’ most iconic landmarks: the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Notre Dame Cathedral, or any other must-see spot. A perfect way to end the tour is in Montmartre, in front of the Sacré-Cœur, just in time to watch the sunset over the city.

Now, it’s time to experience Paris from a different perspective. We can arrange an elegant dinner cruise with Yachts de Paris, whose boats accommodate anywhere from 18 to 800 guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to bond with your loved ones, admire the city’s shimmering lights, and take in the breathtaking scenery.
If you’re in the mood to continue the evening, we can organize after-dinner drinks at an upscale bar, such as the legendary Hemingway Bar at the Ritz.

Museum Visit

Paris is a city where art comes to life. Whether you wish to explore the timeless masterpieces of the Louvre, the Impressionist wonders at Musée d’Orsay, the sculptures of Rodin, or any other iconic museum, we can arrange a personalized cultural tour tailored to your interests.
Rehearsal Dinner

A rehearsal dinner is a cherished pre-wedding tradition, and we can help you find the perfect venue to celebrate. Choose from a Michelin-starred restaurant like Pré Catelan, a chic rooftop with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower, or the iconic Le Jules Verne, located on the tower’s second floor for an unforgettable dining experience.
Day 3 – The Big Day

This day is entirely dedicated to your wedding, ensuring that everything is seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable.
We begin with a relaxing spa session for the couple—an opportunity to unwind and enjoy a moment of tranquility before the celebration.
Next, it’s time to get ready. We collaborate with some of the finest makeup artists and hairstylists to ensure you look and feel your best. We’ll also schedule a pre-ceremony photoshoot to capture beautiful moments before the festivities begin.
